Picture based writing competition

The famous adage goes "a picture is worth a thousand words". Our exciting new contest is going to challenge your creative brains to bring out your words in the form of a story/poem from our picture above (which is worth a thousand words but we are going to have a 500 word-limit for the ease of judging) The contest starts on Thursday 25th March, 2010 and ends on April 5th, 2010 at midnight (BST). Send your entry as per the rules mentioned below to indifest.telford@gmail.com

Send an email with the subject: Picture-based writing contest :
Entry should consist of: 1)Title of the entry (does not count into the word limit)
2)Your Name
3)Story/Poem :Can be entirely fictional or based on a real-life incident

Winning entries will be selected based on the entertainment value, pacing, language & craft of the story.

When: contest starts Thursday 25th March, 2010 and ends on April 5th, 2010 at midnight (BST)
