Ingredients:
Black gram - 150 gms
Cabbage -250 gms
salt - 1tsp
green chillies 4
Ginger - small piece
Onion - 1
Chopped coriander - 1tbsp
oil for frying
Preparation
Make a batter out of blackgram dal
Make a coarse past of ginger and green chillies
cook the finely chopped cabbage
Slice the onion into small pieces
Method:
Add ginger-green chilli paste, sliced onions, cooked cabbage, salt, chopped coriander to the batter.
This is the basic mix for the vadas.
Then make this mix into small portioned vadas and fry them in the oil
