Cooking contest: Cabbage Masala Curry

Cooking time - 25 mins
Serves - 6

Ingredients:
1 medium cabbage chopped
3 tomatoes chopped
2 onions chopped
1/2 tsp garlic paste
1/2 tsp ginger paste
6 cashew nuts
3 green chillies
10 spoons oil
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
2 tsp garam masala
2 tsp salt
Chopped coriander

Method: Heat 3 spoon oil in frying pan. Add chopped onionsand fry until golden colour, then add chopped tomatoes and fry.
Fry the cashewnuts, grind all the above adding water if neccessary.
Heat oil in a frying pan , add chopped cabbage, turmeric, fry for 15 minutes.
Add the prepared paste and garam masala cook for 5 minutes and garnish with chopped coriander.
