Ingredients:
Cabbage
Cauliflower
Onions
Soya sauce
Tomato sauce
Chilli sauce
Spring Onion leaves
Maida/Plain flour - 1cup
Corn flour 1/2 cup
Rice flour 1/2 cup
Salt - 1tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Ajinomoto 1 tsp
Pepper 1tsp
Oil (As needed0
Ginger garlic paste
Cut the cabbage, cauliflower, onions finely
In a bowl add maida flour, corn flour, rice flour , soya sauce, salt, sugar, ajinomoto, pepper, ginger garlic paste
Add the cut vegetables, mix it, add some water and make a thick batter
Heat oil in a pan and fry the vegetable dumpling in medium heat oil. Drain it.
Gravy - Take a bowl of water add 1 tsp of corn flour
Take a tawa, add oil, heat and add onions to saute
Add the water mixture prepared above and heat until it thickens
Add 1 tsp of chilli sauce, 1 tsp tomato sauce, heat for some more time and switch off
Add the fried vegetable dumplings to the gravy and serve immediately
